Bill Presentment - PSA has extended the flexibility of Wireless 9000 to bill presentment. PSA has made a strategic move in an effort to provide our customers with the best billing solution in the industry. PSA is proud to have OSG Billing Services as its strategic partner to offer the best end to end billing solution available. PSA and OSG have teamed up to provide billing statements in a standard 8 ½ X 11 format or as a completely customized format. PSA and OSG provide the necessary resources to support and accommodate our customer’s requests. With this solution, we offer marketing design consultation, graphically composed invoices, and flexible statement messaging. We offer all the above with next day turnaround and zero defect processing. OSG can provide a mirror image of the customers bill for your CSR’s with an optional PDF file of each bill. PSA also supports local billing vendor solutions and In-house bill rendering. PSA is dedicated to providing flexibility in all aspects of the Wireless 9000 billing system.

Online Bill Presentment and Payment - As an alternate to printed statements PSA offers online bill presentment and payment. Increasing demands from your customers for more information, quicker access and easier methods of payment have made online solutions a requirement for today’s consumer. PSA offers controlled access to billing information, 3 previous bill statements, current call records, and current plan/feature information. You can offer your customer payment options of paying by credit card or eCheck. Additionally we have designed a marketing or promotion section with each screen to help create awareness of new plans or programs being offered. These sections are easily changed and can be updated by your marketing staff whenever the need arises.
